Amitabh Bachchan , the angry young man of Bollywood turns 71 today, October 11. This legendary actor has appeared in more than 180 films so far. He has been part of the Bollywood film industry for more than four decades. That is indeed a very long career in the industry and he has contributed largely to the Indian cinema that has even fetched him the Padma Shri in 1984 and the Padma Bhushan and 2001. Bachchan was initially named as Inquilaab which means revolution. This was during the independence and his parents had named him accordingly. However, they later changed it to Amiatbh which means ‘the light that will never die'. Well, the name and its meaning suit him just perfect.
