The month of October is loaded with movies. There are seven releases in Mollywood this month. To start with, Pattam Pole and Idukki Gold are getting released tomorrow (October 11). The movies are much hyped ones owing to their cast and crew. Pattam Pole is directed by cinematographer Azhagappan. Ashiq Abu is the director of Idukki Gold. Pattam Pole is the debut venture of Azhagappan as a director. Malavika Mohan, daughter of Bollywood cinematographer Mohan, is making her debut in the industry with this movie. It has been said that Mammootty suggested Malavika opposite Dulquar. Idukki Gold tells the story of five friends and their lives. Vijayaraghavan, Raveendran, Babu Anthony and Maniyanpilla Raju. The movie is based on Santhosh Echikkanam's short story, which also bears the same name. Idukki Gold is the story of five friends and an important person in their life. There are five more movies which are slated to get released this October. They are Salaam Kashmir , Philips And The Monkey Pen, Pakida, Kadhaveedu and Nadodi Mannan. Salaam Kashmir marks the comaback of Suresh Gopi into the industry after a long gap. Jayaram is also seen in the film. Philips And The Monkey Pen has Jayasurya and Remya Nambeesan playing the lead roles. Pakida has Asif Ali and Biju Menon in the lead. Kunchacko Boban and Bhama play the lead in Kadhaveedu. Nadodi Mannan is said to get released the month end.
